How does the Upgrade Program Work?

To be eligible for the Upgrade Program you must meet the following conditions: 

>> Your cage must have been purchased within the last 12 months
>> You must provide proof of purchase with a valid receipt
>> Your Upgrade Application must be submitted within 6 months of the release date of the new KONDOR BLUE cage

Once you have determined your eligibility, you will need to complete the application below, provide proof of purchase, and then send your old cage to KONDOR BLUE.  After we receive, inspect, and approve your Upgrade, we will issue a custom single-use discount code for 40% off the purchase of a new KONDOR BLUE cage of the same model.

By shipping your camera cage to KONDOR BLUE, you are accepting the Terms & Conditions of our program which are detailed below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

KONDOR BLUE determines the value and eligibility of all Upgrades in its sole discretion and may reject an Upgrade if deemed ineligible.  To be eligible for the Upgrade Program, the Applicant must return a complete (no missing parts) KONDOR BLUE camera cage in good, working condition and provide proof of purchase.  We accept only KONDOR BLUE Cages for the Upgrade Program. The Upgrade discount must be used toward the same or equivalent model KONDOR BLUE Cage (i.e. trade in your previous version KONDOR BLUE Canon C70 cage for credit towards a new version of our KONDOR BLUE Canon C70 Cage). The returned cage must have been purchased within the previous 12 months. The Applicant must provide proof of purchase or valid receipt. The Upgrade Application must be received within 6 months of the release date of the newer model KONDOR BLUE cage. 

After we receive, inspect, and approve your returned cage, we will issue a custom single-use discount code in the amount of 40% to use toward your Upgrade purchase.  Upgrade discounts are not cash equivalents, may not be redeemed for cash, and can only be redeemed for a discount on the purchase of a new and equivalent model KONDOR BLUE camera cage.  Applicant is responsible for any and all shipping and handling fees both to and from KONDOR BLUE.

Upgrade values and credits are canceled and forfeited if the KONDOR BLUE cage purchased using Upgrade credits is returned for any reason or cause whatsoever.  Multiple returned cages cannot be applied towards the single purchase of the upgraded KONDOR BLUE Cage.  (i.e. one Upgrade discount per KONDOR BLUE cage purchase)  Applicant acknowledges that the returned cage is surrendered upon KONDOR BLUE's receipt of the same. KONDOR BLUE will not return the original cage at its expense to the Applicant for any reason whatsoever.  Only in the event that an Upgrade is rejected by KONDOR BLUE will the Applicant be entitled to the return of his or her original cage.  Should the Upgrade be rejected for any reason, Applicant will be responsible for any and all return shipping and handling costs. Applicant acknoweldges that all Upgrades are final.

There is no responsibility whatsoever on the part of KONDOR BLUE for any accessories attached or left on the returned cage.  KONDOR BLUE is not responsible for typographical errors.  KONDOR BLUE is not responsible for any Upgrade shipments that are lost or damaged at any point prior to delivery at KONDOR BLUE’s Headquarter office.  By applying for the Upgrade Proram and subsequent shipment of the returned cage to KONDOR BLUE, Applicant acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
